The maximum amount of credit we offer is:
Initial $1,000 limit, increased as credit is established
Late payment results in:
Reduced credit limit
Revocation of credit privileges if payment falls past 90 days
We offer credit terms of:
Net 30 days, invoices are billed by statement on the first of the month following charges. The total amount is due in full before the next statement cycle (before the 1st of the following month).
The credit limit may be reduced or taken away if the customer has:
An unreliable payment history with us – One or more severely past due bills
We collect overdue bills by taking the following steps:
At 45 days we call the customer – At 60 days we send a formal letter indicating the invoices and amount due – At 90 days we revoke credit
Note
Invoices over terms may begin to accumulate finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. If finance charges are not paid in full, the account will remain on COD status.
It is our goal to have a good working relationship with every customer. Communication is the key to this relationship. If at any time there is a problem of some type, you are expected to contact us immediately.
